Albion West End is a project in development through a partnership with Koplar Properties in St. Louis. The site is located in the heart of St. Louis’ Central West End neighborhood and is adjacent to the 1,300-acre Forest Park, one of the nation’s greatest urban public parks. Albion plans to develop 302 luxury residential units with ground-level retail in a 31-story high-rise with striking architecture and fabulous views of the St. Louis metro area. Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
